Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    By entering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian if you are considered a minor in your place of residence. You also confirm that you are not an employee, supplier, or immediate family member of an employee or supplier of The Crow Hill Company or any company affiliated with it.

  2. Your Submission
    You represent and warrant that your entry:
    (a) is entirely your own original work;
    (b) does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights such as copyright or trademarks, and will not create liability for others;
    (c) is not involved in any existing or pending legal disputes that could limit the rights granted under these terms.

  3. Use of Entries
    By entering, you grant The Crow Hill Company permission to use your name, likeness, and entry for competition purposes and related promotional or advertising activities, unless prohibited by law.

  4. Verification of Winners
    If you win, The Crow Hill Company may ask for proof of your identity and address. Acceptable documents may include a passport, driver’s license, or utility bill.

By claiming a prize, you confirm that all information you submitted is accurate, current, and complete. The Crow Hill Company reserves the right to check all entrants’ eligibility.

  1. Disqualification
    The Crow Hill Company may disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has broken these rules. Its decisions regarding rules, conduct, results, and all other competition matters are final and not subject to discussion.

  2. Cancellations and Technical Issues
    The competition may be cancelled, suspended, or changed if technical failures, fraud, tampering, or other events beyond the company’s control affect its fairness or proper conduct. Anyone who interferes with the entry process or harasses entrants or company representatives may be disqualified. If the competition is terminated, notice will be posted on https://thecrowhillcompany.com, and winners will be chosen from valid entries received before cancellation.

  3. Prizes

  • There is no entry fee.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • The Crow Hill Company may substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value.

  • No more prizes than those stated in these rules will be awarded.

  1. Data Protection
    Entrants’ personal data will be processed in line with current data protection laws and The Crow Hill Company’s Privacy Policy. Data will not be shared with third parties without consent and will only be retained for a reasonable period after the competition to ensure consistent operations and handle queries.

    Entrants retain the copyright to any work submitted. Entries will be deleted once the competition judging is complete.

  2. Liability Release
    By entering and/or accepting a prize, entrants agree to release The Crow Hill Company, its affiliates, partners, and representatives (the “Released Parties”) from all claims or liabilities related to participation, prize use or misuse, personal injury, property damage, or infringement of third-party rights. Disputes may not be pursued as class actions.
