About the challenge…
What is the current composer challenge?
This challenge and this challenge’s prize are a little different. We want you to create the audio branding for our weekly ‘Fellowship of the Ring Pull’ podcast.
What do I get for participating?
The winning entry will receive a paid commission of £2,000 (approx. $2,500/ €2,400) plus everything we release for the next 12 months.
2 runner ups will win everything we release for the next 12 months.
How do I participate?
If you’ve not checked out any of the podcasts so far, we suggest familiarising yourself with them on YouTube.
For your submission, we’re looking for 15 seconds of music that could be used as a theme tune and accompanying text or ‘pitch’ of no less than 100 words.
How do I submit my entry?
Send your entries to demos@thecrowhillcompany.com
You can attach your audio (mp3, wav etc.) in your email or include a download link (DropBox, We Tranfer etc.)
Don’t forget to include your name in the file name eg. My Name.mp3
The accompanying text can be in the body of the email or attached as a text file.
What happens after I submit?
You have until 11:59pm GMT 13th April to create and send us your entries. ALL will be listened to.
The winner will be announced on the Crow Hill livestream on 1st May.
